Good Counsel educates, empowers, and ensures the legal and financial security of nonprofits and social entrepreneurs. As a nonprofit, we provide changemakers with affordable, quality legal education, business development consulting, and one-on-one direct legal services. We believe in a preventive legal philosophy- we set our clients up for success from the very beginning stages of their venture in order to safeguard their success in accomplishing both their social mission and business goals. We address the four pillars vital for the success of our clients- legal, financial, marketing, and resource development.
