Shelia Cockburn
Immigration and Business Law Attorney
Shelia is a principal attorney at Cockburn Law P.C.’s where she serves as General Counsel to local, intrastate, national, and international entrepreneurs and companies. She has vast experience in immigration law and counseling small-to-medium sized businesses in a variety of industries. Shelia is a licensed attorney in New York, at the U.S. Federal level and in Canada. Shelia also is an engineer, entrepreneur and inventor. CLPC is a registered NYC and NYS MWBE.
James is in his second year at Brooklyn Law School concentrating on law and policy related to small businesses and community development. A native of Washington, D.C., James has previously worked in political campaigning and issue advocacy. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, tennis, and various board games.

Margiselle is a second year law student at Brooklyn Law School. She was born and partially raised in New York, but also grew up in Tampa, Florida. Margiselle is currently exploring transactional law and is particularly interested in how law can positively impact entrepreneurs and small business owners
Colyn is a second year law student at Brooklyn Law School. He originates from a suburb of Philadelphia, PA and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a minor in History from Temple University. Colyn is currently concentrating his studies in transactional law, with specific interest in real estate and entity formation. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, watching football, cooking, and visiting museums.

Rachel Glasser

Rachel Glasser is the Director of Digital Privacy and Partner Activation at GroupM, the world’s leading media investment agency. Focusing on data use in online marketing, compliance with privacy laws and
regulations, and educating internal teams and clients about data privacy, Rachel comes to GroupM after working on the agency side managing media for clients. She has more than 10 years’ experience where she managed paid search and social media across a variety of clients and verticals. Rachel has also worked with the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York - Internet Bureau, Nielsen, and with the ESRB Privacy Certified, a COPPA Safe Harbor.
Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts in politics from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is a CIPP/US.
